The Contemporary Flag MakersCommissioned to create bespoke feather flags for the opening and closing ceremonies for the world’s 4th Islamic State Solidarity Games, in Baku, Azerbaijan. The event is equivalent to the Olympics. We produced more than 100 individual props, including 75 ‘feathers’ each with 15 individual carbon spines. It was a moment of great pride being an integral part of such an impressive global spectacle.
